We thank you for shopping with FE Scrubs. If for some reason you need to return an item, you have 14 days of receipt of the tracked item. If 15 days have gone by from the time of receipt of the tracked item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. 

Please Note: All Returns or Exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless FE Scrubs made an error leading to the customer needing to return items.

Please note: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, include tags, be odor free, and unwashed.

To start a return, please contact us at support@fescrubs.com  If your return is accepted, we will notify you via email.  It is recommended that all items are returned with tracking. FE Scrubs is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FE Scrubs will only accept orders with shipping addresses that indicate a physical address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 10 business days, please contact us at support@fescrubs.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only pay return shipping and replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange items for a different size or color if it is in stock within 14 days of receipt of tracked items. Customer is responsible for Shipping costs sending items back to the warehouse.


Items That Can Not Be Exchanged or Returned

Embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment.

Due to health codes, several items are exempt from being returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.

Embroidered Items

Compression Socks

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.




Orders placed after 5:30 pm will not be processed until Monday (excluding holidays)

Please note that once you place your order it takes our system up to 24 hours to process the actual payment.

Then your item is shipped out within 7-10 BUSINESS days from processed payment time (most times a lot sooner).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

FE Scrubs is not responsible for delays in shipping. Please contact the shipping company used for any delays.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Please note that your order will be sourced from the Warehouse that will ship your items to you the quickest. This may be from the Fe Scrubs Warehouse or the Manufacturers/Brand warehouse. This may cause you to receive more than one package or tracking number. You will receive a tracking number for every package that is sent to you. Always check your spam folder if you have not heard from us regarding shipping updates.
